a virtual office, with specific telephone lines and
trained staff, enabling the caller to feel fully confident
that their query is being dealt with as professionally
and speedily as if they had called a company head office.
Care Lines & Help Lines
AHA is currently the home of several consumer and professional care lines, related to both specific products and services. With a team of highly trained telephonists, and a bank of available telephone lines, AHA are able to provide a superb service; handling queries, sending out materials, taking bookings, and even order taking and providing fulfilment where appropriate.
Direct to Consumer Sales
We offer a direct to consumer sales operation, via internet or telephone, where credit card orders are taken and processed by our dedicated team. We can also offer storage, packing and delivery of your products from our distribution centre in Durham.
